The VMC-1270 is a high precision, high speed and high stability CNC vertical machining center. It is suitable for processing many different materials, such as steel, iron and aluminum. Because of this feature, this machine is suitable for many industries such as automobile manufacturing industry, motorcycle parts manufacturing and other parts manufacturing industry.
This machine adopts Integrated bearing block design which can effectively improve the overall rigidity of the axial system and effectively avoid the rotation deformation of the screw. This machine uses oil-water separation design, which can not only prolong the service life of the chip fluid, but also reduce the cost and meet the requirements of environmental protection requirement. The structural parts are analyzed and designed by the advanced Finite Element Analysis. It provides a detailed analysis for structural stress/strain conditions, and ensures excellent machine rigidity and lifetime stability.
