The 4 axis VMC-1160 is a high performance vertical cnc machining center which has high precision, high speed and high stability characteristics. This machine adopts Integrated bearing block design. It can effectively improve the overall rigidity of the axial system and effectively avoid the rotation deformation of the screw. It also adopts oil-water separation design. This design can not only prolong the service life of the chip fluid, but also reduce the cost and meet the requirements of environmental protection requirement.
The spindle of this machine is equipped with an air curtain protection system, which can effectively control the vacuum dust produced by the high-speed operation of the spindle. This can ensure the accuracy of the spindle and prolong the service life of the spindle.The spindle has the characteristics of light weight, low expansion coefficient and high hardness, which can greatly reduce the thermal temperature and the centrifugal force brought by high speed rotation, thus extending the service life of the spindle.
